Our trading name is Southern Flower Deliveries ABN 26 331 032 086, abbreviated to SFD for this website.

SFD will update website periodically as required where changes are effective immediately.

Any affiliation with this website are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery times can be requested, which we endeavour to uphold.  Deliveries for special events need to be advised on the ordering page.

24 hours notice from the time of order is required for all deliveries

Cancellations of an order with 24 hours notice prior to midnight on the day of delivery will be honoured with a full refund.  Post 24 hours only delivery fee is refunded 

What happens if the delivery recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

If you would like the delivery to be rescheduled, please advise on the checkout page.

SFD does not accept liability for any loss or damage rising from items stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

An additional delivery fee of $15 is applicable if a re-delivery has to be made due to one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address information
  • Apartment buildings with restricted access and no one home
  • Places with no sheltered or safe area to leave the flower arrangement and no one home
  • Inaccessible homes, units or business premises with no one present
  • Patient has already been discharged from hospital

If a quality control situation arises, please contact us asap and include an emailed photograph within 24 hours of delivery.  A substitution/ solution will be discussed with you. We aim to provide you with the customer service you are seeking. Please note, deliveries of flowers authorised to be left unattended are not refundable.  SFD prefers deliveries to not be left unattended.

If the recipient of your delivery is not available/not home to accept delivery, and the box on the checkout page to leave the delivery unattended has not been selected, a $15 redelivery and admin fee applies.

All floral designs depicted on SFD website are photographed as a representation of what the recipient can expect to receive. Design and size of arrangement will not alter, however flowers and foilage may alter depending on season and availability. Please use the Message option on the ordering page to indicate any preferences you may have.

These will be discussed with you if required.

Messages on cards are handwritten in print and enveloped unless requested otherwise.

Privacy

Your personal information and that of your recipients’ delivery is not ever disclosed to any third party.  SFD upholds the protection and respects your rights to your privacy. 

Under no circumstances is SFD, company, website or staff liable for any unforeseen occurances whether direct or indirect once deliveries are completed.  Misuse of website or its content or company entity entails liability and responsibility for any damages and legal costs.
